REFUND POLICY
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Refund Policy.
“The Seller” shall mean KHATT. and its associated trading divisions.
“The Buyer” or “The Client” shall mean the person, firm or body corporate or unincorporate contracting with the Seller whether as agent or not and if contracting as agent then the agent shall be deemed to include the principal of such agent.
“The Goods” shall mean all items sold by the Seller pursuant to the contract with the Buyer.
“The Contract” means the contract for the purchase and sale of the Goods (including any forward contract for an agreed quantity at an agreed price).
“Digital items” means logo designs, websites, social media and other graphic design content.
RETURNS
FAULTY ITEMS
You have 30 calendar days to request a return of a faulty item (for personalised and digital items, please see the below sections) from the date you receive it.
In the event that an item is faulty, the product should be returned within 3 working days after approval from us.
All requests must be made in writing to returns@khatt.co.uk quoting your order number.
If you are entitled to a return of any physical items we will provide returns postage.
All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
If your item is replaceable we will offer a replacement first.
If the buyer accepts the replacement item this will be dispatched accordingly.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
We cannot accept any refunds for items or graphic design services that have been personalised (including printing) except when faulty.
Incorrect designs or personalisation after being approved by the buyer does not constitute to a fault.

DIGITAL ITEMS & COMMISSIONED SERVICES
Commissioned artwork ("commissions") will commence after a 14 calendar day cooling period from receipt of the non-refundable deposit.
Commissions may be cancelled within the 14 day cooling period before work commences and a full refund less the deposit will be provided.
At the request of the Client, work may be permitted to begin before the cooling period elapses.
Commissions cancelled after early instruction within the 14 day cooling period will incur the cost of commissioning delivered up to the point of cancellation charged at the standard variable rate of GBP 50 excluding VAT per hour.
If commissions are provided in full within the 14 day cooling period, cancellations are not permitted.
Cancellations made after the 14 day cooling period will be liable for the full cost of the commission.
All digital items & downloads, downloaded within the 14 day cooling period are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
If digital items are approved and the Client instructs delivery of final files, the right to refund will be lost.
Commissions will be provided before the mutually agreed completion deadline.
Delays in providing the services outlined in the Sales Contract, at the fault of KHATT. will be eligible for compensation.
Preempted delays on part of either KHATT. or the Client, that are acknowledged and approved will not be entitled to compensation.
Interruptions caused by miscommunication or lack of communication thereof on the behalf of the Client will not satisfy the criteria of delay.
Unapproved delays exceeding 7 days at the fault of the Client will be subject to immediate cancellation and full liability for the cost of the commission.
OTHER PHYSICAL ITEMS
If you are not satisfied with an item you have received (for personalised or digital items, please see the relevant sections), you must inform us within 14 calendar days from delivery of the item.
All requests must be made in writing to returns@khatt.co.uk quoting your order number.
Proof of Purchase – Sales Contract must be provided upon request.
Return requests must be made by the Buyer stated on the Sales Contract.
If you are entitled to a return of any physical items, you will be responsible for the cost of returns postage.
KHATT. can provide returns postage upon request.
Any damage caused during transit is the responsibility of the buyer.
All items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 calendar days of approval.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
Any items arriving in non-resellable condition, unoriginal packaging or damaged will be rejected and the Buyer responsible for any returns postage of rejected items.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
This does not affect your statutory rights and the exemptions outlined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If your return is not entitled to the reimbursement of the costs of postage, we will deduct the cost of return postage from your final refund.
If returns postage was provided by us, we will not accept any returns not delivered by the provided returns postage. These items will be not be returned to sender and you will not be reimbursed for the cost of this error.
